WHO ARE MARY'S MEALS
Mary’s Meals is a global charity. Their vision is that every child receives a nutritious daily meal in their place of education and that all those who have more than they need, share with those who lack even the most basic things.
Feeding hungry children is a clear benefit of the school feeding programme. However these life-changing meals go beyond that. Firstly it attracts the children to the classroom and then the meals provide the children with the energy and opportunity to learn. In the long run, the programme improves the childrens' prospects in life.
Mary's Meals help improve childrens' lives in 18 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.
